Hello, I am very disappointed that I paid a high price for a result that is not worth it, in fact, because of the Covid 19, the lessons were suspended, despite the fact that we received "homework" ... Given that English is a living language, it is a great pity that we have not had at least lessons by videoconference despite the fact that we do not take an exam. Which means that I would like to ask you, if a reimbursement (the total which practically corresponds to that of the second installment) would be possible, being the most unusual circumstances.
