Yeah this is neither a good company for billing or for employment. I've had the pain to have to deal with both. They do not adequately train their employees...you get a few days and boom then you're billing more than a thousand or more people. The team lead, senior team lead, HR, etc. is a complete joke here. If you're not meeting their expectations they won't give you extra guidance or coaching they will just ask you if you want to quit. Pay or benefits is not great at all....you are basically just a warm body to this company so the higher ups can make wonderful salaries while you're stuck making like $10 an hour...McDonald's even pays you that!! I do feel so sorry for the places that have this as their billing provider. You pay a ridiculous billing fee and meter reads are not always accurate... and try calling in and paying your bill with them over the phone, they WILL charge you!! It's basically a company that thrives on lazy property managers that don't want to find out the individual bills for their residents.
