I am new to Smith Thompson (3 months). As a former Police Officer there is only three basic things that I look for in an Alarm Company. Equipment/Functional works/response time to call after alarm activation(this is most important too me - how fast can back up get here- we have set off our alarm 3 times (oops!) I was amazed as I have received the (everything ok) call every time in less than one minute (that's crazy fast)/ Third is price and these guys have the most competitive I have seen/ half of what my ADT was and they call me faster.... I was happy before them but the savings now makes me jump for joy. Best off all you get a free month just for giving an honest review... I tell all my clients about them because I truly believe they are the best value for security in the DFW. Plus its a family owned business and what Texan doesn't like small business. No contract, guarantee they cost less than who you have, and when it counts how fast do they call and get help. Police average response was 15 minutes when I worked patrol.... So alarm company response time is Key!
