They were on time. Technician was very friendly and super helpful with my question. He finished up quickly. I have never had any issues with Smith Thompson Home Security.
They have very reasonable pricing for monitoring and for service calls. I have only had one service call for my system in 10 yrs. This call was to upgrade my WiFi.
