My family and I are very happy that we made the drive from Auburn Al to Jim Ellis Mazda in Marietta Ga to have our 2014 Mazda Cx-5 serviced. Your customer service is excellent.........especially our Service Advisor Doug Aldridge. He did an outstanding job of making sure that we were well taken care of. We had several services done (new tires, brakes, floor shifter, transmission service, oil change etc.) and Doug was right there every step of the way, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. He made sure that we had an excellent loaner car (2018 Cx-9), while ours was being serviced. (Those Cx-9s drive great!!) My wife and I have a two year old son, Isaac. Doug helped me to switch Isaac's car seat from our vehicle to the loaner vehicle, and back to our vehicle again. Doug does a very thorough job of making sure that his customers have a great experience at Jim Ellis. We really appreciate that. It was raining very hard on Friday, April 19th and being in that excellent loaner car, helped to put my mind at ease........knowing that we could travel safely while our vehicle was being serviced.
My wife and I always check out a dealership's service dept. when considering a car purchase, because that's who you'll interact with the most for the care of your vehicle. Your service dept. has a great family friendly atmosphere that seeks to ensure that the customer is well taken care of. The mechanics here do a great job as well. Our Mazda Cx-5 is ready for the open road!! We're thankful that it's running smoothly again. I can definitely say because of Doug and your great staff at Jim Ellis, we plan on making the drive from Auburn, Al to purchase our next Mazda from you. I'll most definitely tell my family and friends about our excellent experience at Jim Ellis Mazda.
