7 months after the payment of the deposit, they are not able to deliver the ordered goods to me and they do not want to say why they cannot deliver them to me. We have been exchanging emails for 4 months now, but they do not offer any explanation as to why they will not deliver the ordered goods to me, nor do they offer any replacement products in a similar price range or anything like that. If nothing is resolved, a report will soon be filed with the Consumer Protection Association and the Commercial Court for violating the law on obligatory relations.
