Very bad customer service, my internet has gone down for more than one month, and I tried to call heaps of times to get it fixed, but they promised to come again and again, but I until now dont have my internet fixed yet. I also tried to seek help from people at the store and they gave me wrong advice on how my internet will be able to change to nbn from ADSL and that was also the reason why my wifi wasnt working. So okay I waited another 2 weeks as they promised, but no one contacted to come and get it done so I went on the live chat asking them when my internet will get fix. Yep! They said no nbn connection is available at your address. They tried to get me AGAIN contact another department for getting someone come and fix it. So real advice for everyone that dont go for Telstra because its a trash company and they also have trash customer service. If your internet was down one day, you would suffer no internet for months and months.
