Not good. Hotel seamed slow yet we were put in a handycap room that looked more instatutional than relaxing. Could have used a good dusting before putting guest in it too. I had to sign a no dog and no smoking paper yet the rooms phone cord had dog hair stuck in the coils. Apparently the extra charge the previous guest received won't cover cleaning up the dog hair for future guests. We have stayed there multiple times over last three years due to family close to hotel and lots of business within walking distance. They have improved the breakfast but that's about it. Not to mention the room cost more than usual. Looks like Hyatt place down the road next time.
