very poor service and Very expensive. With an appointment could not get maintenance service done the same day. When I called them multiple times no one answers the phone and no one bothers to return my call.The next day came in to pick up car and Advisor said to wait for car in waiting room. An hour and a half later the Advisor saw me and realized they forgot about me. On top of that I was charged more than $800 for a service that costs between $350 and $450 at any other Mercedes store around. As a woman I felt very taken advantage of. My lease is coming up and will need another car. It won't be from this Dealer.
