BOOKED MY RESERVATION VIA PRICELINE - FAR FROM AIRPORT, NOT CONVENIENT AT ALL. WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP SUV, STAFF ASKED ME FOR MY INSURANCE CARDS, (NOBODY ASKED ME IN RECENT YEARS) WHICH I HAVE IN MY MOBILE APP AND I WAS TRYING TO FIND THEM.....STAFF GUY WAS DISRESPECTFUL AT ME THAT I DIDNT READ THE FINE PRINT AND CANCELLED MY RESERVATION!!!
I BET IF THE MORON HAD READ THE FINE PRINT OT ANY OTHER PRINT IN HIS LIFE, HE WOULDN'T BE SITTING THERE.
I BOOKED ANOTHER RESERVATION WITH AVIS IN THE NEXT 2 MIN VIA PRICELINE....NO HASSLE...INCLUDED TOLL TAG...FELT LIFE IS SIMPLE AND BRIGHT AFTER MESS UP BY THE MORON..WHY DO THEY MAKE THINGS COMPLICATED##
WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR GO THERE AGAIN..
