Great experience with Jordan buying our first hot tub. Really like the Nordic brand tub he sold us, made in USA and super insulated for northern climates, with some nice features. The only thing I can suggest is that along with the comprehensive materials they give you for tub care/chemical analysis is that they give you a concise presentation on site prep, as there is some difference of opinion on what is required prior to delivery depending on who you talk to there. Install team was excellent as well. FYI plan on extra funds for site prep material/time and having an electrician run 220 V to your tub. Enjoying the tub very much!
