I have now been settled into my newly built Sterling home for 1 year. I am pleased to say that we have had few issues in that time. The only major issue we had was the length of time that it took to have our rough grade completed while several other unfinished homes around us had theirs completed. I do have to say that I have had an excellent relationship with our warranty technician Benjamin Vink. Ben has been very easy to contact over text or phone when any small issues have arrived. Ben is sure to get back to me within a few hours and start looking for a solution to the problem. If the problem can be fixed by Ben himself he typically comes out within a few days and makes sure you have no further problems before he leaves. There has been a couple of issues in getting some items completed, however that is more the subcontractors that Sterling uses not contacting me back when Ben has put in a work order for them. Overall we are very satisfied with the work Ben has done for us personally and his friendly attitude.
