I have really enjoyed living at Dinnaken House. The apartments have sufficient space, they are surprisingly sound-proof, and maintenance requests are handled very quickly. Although it doesn't offer a plethora of amenities like some of the other apartments near the University of Minnesota campus, it is quite affordable while still offering everything I wanted in an apartment. In addition, it is starting to look more modern with recent renovations.
