My wife and I went in to look at a lightly used wrangler jk. We brought in our current car as a trade.

Salesman would not tell us what they would offer for trade value unless we where committed to buying the jeep right then and there.

We politely explained that nobody should commit to buying anything without knowing the specifics and having numbers to make that decision.

This is what s wrong with dealerships these days. Any company who tries to pressure and rush a customer into a large financial decision in my opinion, is horrible.

Buying a vehicle doesn t need to be stressful, but sales tactics like this are horrible.

I ll take our business elsewhere...
