The worst customer service of the century along with many other companies in the country in this times!!! I was expecting the new Tv I have ordered from them yesterday morning. I had to stay at home until about 12:30 p.m that i contacted them by live chat. They promised me they will find what happened with the order that never has been delivered and the courier company confirmed themselves to me that they don't have the item in their position even for delivery. Box agent claimed that they do but they don't know when it is going to be delivered. They are incompetent and just saying whatever just to get you off the chat. Today when i contacted them again they told me that they will check with the courier and let me know again for the second time what has happened and as the agent claimed would give me an eta. That again never happened. I was waiting from 4:30 p.m on the chat in order my turn to come to speak with an agent to see what happened. It was 17:10 and I was first in the queue to be served....guess what? they shut the chat and they called it a day!!! I was waiting for 40 minutes. Unacceptable !!!... I was a customer for 7 years!!! This is the last time I am buying anything from you box!! Avoid this company and avoid the customer service by any means they will just waste your time!!
