Great service and very helpful guy behind the counter who gave very clear helpful instructions for my little baby daughter's medicine. I will definitely be back next time I need medicine in the evening because these guys open later than all the other pharmacies in the local vicinity. Really clean shop too with reasonable prices, bright lighting and lots of staff. No waiting necessary at all. Parking is also easy on the adjacent Cordelia Street.

Good customer service not longer wait for medication......

I recently visited Lansbury Pharmacy to pick up some medicines for my mum. I was very anxious at the time about visiting the pharmacy due to the Pandemic and was taken back by how helpful and considerate they were despite it being very busy with a big queue outside. Great place and have signed my mum up for their delivery service. Fantastic work guys!

No protection measures in times of pandemic. Pharmacists asking for paying with pin at card payments instead of splitting payments for touch free, pin machine dirty, passing pens from one person to another to write name and DOB for collecting medication. Pharmacists not wearing masks. No protection screen installed at the cashier.

I changed my prescription service from Boots to Lansbury Pharmacy. The staff make time to help and are friendly with excellent customer service unlike my local Boots Chemist
