Called Pronto on a very hot day when our A/C went out. They were able to come the same afternoon to make the repair. Jeff was our technician and was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. We were happy to discover that our repair was under warranty after almost 10 years since our purchase! Highly recommended!
