- condescending
- judgemental
- disrespectful
- ignorant and naive
- liars

Had a staff member introduce herself as a Radiologist that went to UCF when in fact she was an X-ray Technologist (don't call her an x-ray technician, she'll get angry) that went to Keiser NEAR UCF. She also talks down to colleagues because they don't have the certifications she has and shares stories of what she refers to as "nightmare patients"... being a patient of hers must be a nightmare. Behavior like this is unacceptable in an environment designed to help people.
