Terrible customer service. By far the worst bank/auto loan company I have dealt with. I paid off a vehicle waited 5 weeks for the title and never received it. After spending a half hour on the phone with TD auto finance come to find out they sent it to the wrong address 2 different times. After asking to speak to a supervisor because the first lady was just interrupting and not listening to a word I said the supervisor informed me that the they released the lien and there is nothing they can do and I had to call California DMV to get a new title. I spent over an hour on the phone with the DMV had to pay for a duplicate title that TD auto finance would not reimburse me for all because TD auto finance sent it to the wrong address not 1 time but 2 times and didn't want to help me with anything. What a terrible experience with the company and the representatives of the company.
