I just wanted to acknowledge Mark, sales person from South Pointe, who is a model of patience and professionalism. I met Mark a year ago when I started looking for a car, and despite my confusion in knowing what I wanted, and many test drives, he kept in touch, texted me with possibilities, and never once applied any pressure or made me feel stupid. I finally purchased a vehicle from another dealership, but I would highly recommend Mark if you are looking for a new or used vehicle as I felt he was knowledgeable, respectful and honest.
