Residence inn new rochelle is the worst hotel i ever experience in my life ever. You dont deserve the one star .Sarah general manager, nicole front desk manager, kelly sales representative poor customer service i would put neither of them in a deli to cash, They're rude and unprofessional. Surrounding smell like feces, cigarette and ganja smoking. Sheets, towels that the guess using thrown on the floor in the laundry room, gives my skin break out. Over charging guest extra 20 are 35 dollars per day especially nicole the manager. Room service poor very little are none. The manager need to re-arrange their staffs , you would have done a better business. Inspite of that a very few nice employees are there. Congrats for the renovation that you're doing there.
