The customer service is decent, the games are mediocre but the bowling is definitely the highlight. The shoes aren't busted and the balls aren't chipped. The one big drawback is that they have a register to order food.... They have a line to order food and even have a huge menu to order food but for some reason you can't order food there. You have to walk around the corner to the bar to order food. It makes no sense and no one has an answer why they do it this way. In fact while I was waiting for my food I had three other individuals walk up and express the same confusion over this strange system. That would've garnished them that fifth star.
