Poor quality room. But clean. Service is bad for a 5 star hotel.
Those marks on the wooden floor are stains for renovation. Housekeeping is good the only 5 star service. Club lounges. Oh if you are not western they wont treat you well. Honestly. Rude. Buffet service is much better.

Security is bad. I had people trying to unlock my door and unknown people ringing my bell.

Access key card is clearly not working.

Stayed in a suite. No bath robes provided. Been staying at 5 Marriott groups hotel for less than a year all hotels have been providing top service expect for renaissance KL.

I do not recommend this place. Take your money somewhere else.
