HIam a tenant at one of the two buildings I am writing about. Yesterday December 8th both card reload machines were down. The superintendent called however Coinamatic offices are closed on weekends. Most people attend to laundry on weekends. Lots of unhappy people yesterday. When the lint dryer traps get cleaned we get an upcharge of 25 cents at some point. The soap dispensers trays when pulled out are all lined with thick black mould. This cant be sanitary not healthy.
