- Property manager never gets around to fixing bas...

- Property manager never gets around to fixing basic things like oven light or window screen, after both calling and asking in person multiple times - even setting a date and then never showing up or calling back. I can literally expect a lower percent flake chance from a random Tinderella, and that's pretty messed up!
- Can't control heating, which would be fine if the settings were reasonable but they aren't - it's the middle of the freezing Canadian winter, yet for some inexplicable reason it is regularly so uncomfortably hot in my apartment that I'm sweating, to the point that it's hard to sleep. In fact, it's less hot in the summer. Wtf?

Will be moving out to a better managed property. I advise you to look elsewhere, too, if you have the option.
