Last week I came to Lexus of New Orleans after finding a listing through a 3rd party website. I called and was connected with Jonatan who was kind enough to go out in the rain to send me additional pictures of the car I was interested in. Jonatan also worked with me to come to the dealership at an early time to accommodate my work schedule. I brought my husband and two older brothers with me - this was both my and my husband s first time buying a car on our own, and my brothers have many years of experience. I know it was a large crowd for the occasion, but Jonatan and everyone else we came in contact with were gracious to us and more than happy to work with us. I can t say enough how impressed I was with the level of customer service, from our salesperson Jonatan, the financial manager Josh, and everyone behind the scenes! I was not buying a "brand new" car and it wasn't even a Lexus, but I was still treated with the same level of respect as someone who may have come in to spend 3x what I did. It was a wonderful experience and I will certainly recommend Lexus of New Orleans to anyone who will listen!
