I take my Camry to this dealer last Monday (January 6) to do a routine oil change and tire rotation. My passed experience is that some technician never rotate your tires but they will not tell you. So this time I took a evidence at the time I arrive at the dealer. A few hours later, I was informed the work is finished. But once I am back home, I checked my evidence. The tire is never rotated! I called in and being told it has been done correctly. I drove back and showed my evidence, and demand the paid service be actually performed. The service councilor said will call me back the next day after talking to supervisor, but failed to do so again. I suggest being on alert once offered service here.
