I had left my favorite shirt in Fairmont during my stay there. I had then left Sydney on my way back home to Singapore.

I emailed Josie who replied instantly to my email that they had it and will send back to me in Singapore.

Fairmont will also cover the delivery charges! I am totally impressed with their prompt services and appreciate their kind gesture.

Besides, the hotel is really big spacious with lots of activity rooms for both adults and kids! A memorable stay! I will definitely stay in Fairmont again!
