My stay was explicitly terrible. I was promised, both verbally and in writing a complementary stay and water park passes to epeas the situation. I have made contact through both email and voicemail without a reply. I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and intend on following up with any other action necessary to resolve this issue. If you are promised any type of compensation please be advised that both the manager first name Tom and Dawon Horton are the individuals that promised these complementary services.
