Chris the service manager gave me a follow up call...

Chris the service manager gave me a follow up call after leaving this review and addressed my service experience. He was very kind and apologetic about the poor service I received. I appreciate his willingness to make mends. He offered a service credit which I am thankful for.

Service department gets a zero. Mary provided no updates on my vehicle. I had an appt. scheduled for 7am and my car was not touched the entire day. They claimed they couldn t provide a loaner so I had/have no transportation. I never do reviews but this experience deserved one. After calling three times at the end of the day someone informed my car would be worked on the following day because they are a day and a half behind. If there is another Ford you can service your car at... do it.
