First complaint, terrible customer service. I purchases a new vehicle from Lindsay Ford in October 2014. The dealership had damaged the front bumper and it required to be painted in two locations. We drove back and forth to the dealership for three weeks until they finally fixed the bumper. The first week, they did nothing so we took our truck back. Second week, they put touch up paint on the spot and it didn't match and looked terrible. The third week, they finally fixed the spot but never washed the sanding debris off the truck that was covering it and the right fog light quit working. I called them back and said it would be another week. I took the truck to a different dealership to get the light fixed. The dealership also still owes me money from the payoff amount from the old loan. I keep getting the run around that I will get it next week. The dealership will not return my calls or nothing. I have sent pictures of everything that has happened to Ford and complained to Ford about both incidents. This dealership is beyond terrible and no one should ever buy a vehicle from them. This was my fourth brand new ford in the past 6 years and my 12th purchase overall. Like I have said, you should be able to rate with negative stars.
