Lenovo must be in trouble. Their "escalation department" has been suspended or sequestered because they have too many cases to manage. Their "customer service" uses the power of hold and disconnect to avoid customers. Their "corporate headquarters" in NC has one phone number that leads back to sales, customer service or IT - no accountability at the top and absolutely no empowerment at the bottom. What a bad decision to buy Lenovo - if it works no worries, if you have any difficulty your just out in the cold.

My advice - Don't buy from Lenovo - They boast customers all over the world but are obviously over their heads in the ability to sustain true customer satisfaction and loyalty. This company obviously is not interested in satisfied customers - just sales.
