I've purchased two brand new cars from Dorschel and been relatively happy with their staff, but my father recently went in to buy a van from them and was treated very poorly by the sales staff. I probably won't be buying a third car here.

Update:
My father ended up buying a utility van that he saw twice at night (in the dark) and found out it had a broken panel when he got it home in daylight. Dorschel's response thus far is basically "too bad, you bought it." Great sales tactics.
