Used Compass Mortgage when coming in from out of state. They helped clarify and make the transition from out of state to Illinois so simple and helped provide a wonderful home for me to start my next chapter in life. Skip Brown helped us through the process and he was so nice and prompt with calling or emailing us back. He did a great job of getting back to me in the same way I contacted him, which was great. If I emailed him, he emailed me back. If I called he called me back. When I text he would text me back. The response in the way that I contacted him was awesome and I didn't realize how much I liked it until after it happened!
