I moved over to Smith Thompson several years ago. Every time my alarm has gone off, they have called me.....even when I had trouble with the alarm system at ~midnight on a Saturday, I called their support line and they helped resolve the issue. I have their wireless option which is the BEST to have - irregardless of the company you use. I refused to pay ADT's cost of over 40 bucks a month and moved over to "Smith T". Do you lose some of the COOL stuff that is out there for a customer - Yes - i.e. online monitoring, etc......WHO CARES.....All I care about is the safety of my family when someone decides to break into my house - niceties are worthless to me....House alarm, my doggies and my firearm - nothing more is needed ;)
