Such a beautiful place! This was my first trip to New York, it won't be my last! The rooms are very comfortable and I'm in love with the pillows! I must have them!!I wonder if they will ship them to me?? The staff if very attentive and go above what's expected. The only thing that was not up to par with everything else was the food temperature from room service. The squid was cold and chewy.
