Ordered a Tres Leches cake recently for Christmas....

Ordered a Tres Leches cake recently for Christmas. The staff was good with my order but the cake was not moist and was kind of thin for a Tres Leches cake. The frosting was overly thick and did not taste good at all.

Edit : So this Bakery has a quality guarantee. Didn't know that. They called me after my first review, gave me a complete refund and gift certificate. I used the certificate to purchase a strawberry cake. It was absolutely delicious. Thanks for making an effort to take care of the mistake.
