Would not recommend the service department. I took my 2015 durango to budget tire and got a wheel alignment to try and fix the shake my truck has it did help a little. i also had my tires balanced and rotated. That was about a month ago.

I brought my truck in to figure out why it still had a shake and why it had white smoke coming out of the exhaust every time it starts up. Some of the workers there looked and acted like they were fresh out of high school which was concerning. I brought it in 2 times left it there and on the 3rd day they told me my issue was that i had chop in my tires. They balanced and rotated my tires and charged me for it something i had just had done already. They also said they never saw any smoke. Since i have gotten it back it is driving worse than when i brought it in and i still have white smoke coming out of my exhaust. I did have all new tires put on and it did not help at all.
