Terrible customer service. Secondly, they did not charge the account for three months and told me i had to pay it all at once. Its their fault why do i have to pay if its direct payment! Third, i was without insurance for 11 months apparently now i have to pay a fine because of their incompetence. Never go here. Find yourself something better.
