Having worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years (property/casualty side), I was hoping for a better experience after having to file a claim. Their representatives are impersonal, eager to pass one along to someone else, and just rude. Please consider other options before deciding to go with any Conseco company - Washington National, Bankers, Colonial Penn.
