Dinnaken is great. Very affordable rent, reliable and honest business practices, and all the necessities in a clean and safe environment. I had a very pared down apartment (cinder block walls, super simple kitchen, no in unit laundry, 3 roommates) for my last 2 years of school. It was great at $450 per month. Management was always responsive and upfront (Dinnaken is owned by the U of M Foundation, they re legit). There is a bit of noise outside if you re on the ground floor but being so close to campus is worth it. Plus CVS, coffee shops, green line station and major bus stops are within a block. You can t really get a better deal if you re a U of M student with a small budget.
