These past two weeks have been extremely difficult...

These past two weeks have been extremely difficult dealing with this company..
My internet service is completely unavailable Sorry sir we ve escalated to Rogers .. another modem, nothing ... Rogers guy arrives again nothing, several calls for support, nothing. Ask to speak to a manger, sorry sir they are on lunch ... must be 2 hour lunches .. again NOTHING !!!
Call back again, let s see what s happening nothing!!
They have customer support but very poor follow up and execution.

Get your **** together
