Spent NYE here. They did an awesome job on the buffet. It had a variety of different options and they did cover dishes for a variety of culinary tastes. They provided very elegant deserts. For entertainment they were quite lacking though. Instead of doing some sort of venued event, they did line dancing with a DJ as an MC. They didn't even have an instructor for the dancing. The few people who knew the dances led and everyone else just followed. There were songs, however, where people were just bumping into each other, because nobody was leading. The most disappointing portion was when they announced that they were closing the convention center at 10 pm. I always thought a New Years Eve event was intended to bring in the New Year.
