If you have a tall car or truck that doesn't always fit into parking structures, don't worry. The valet staff was extremely helpful and parked my car outside for me but still allowed me to pay the self parking price, and not the valet price. The rest of the hotel staff was very helpful with room requests and directions for getting around the city!!
