How do people even get a job here. The clerks can t even answer a single question that you ask and they sound like they don t know what they re talking about. they either put you on hold and hang up in your face, transfer you to different departments that doesn t have anything to do with what you want or transfer you to a line that rings forever. Complete waste of my time. I ve been dealing with a civil matter to where someone owes me money and I can t even get information on what s going on with my case. So irritating I have a real busy schedule and don t have time to be traveling downtown wasting gas, dealing with traffic, pedestrians and parking meters just to get answered one question that could be answered over the phone. This place needs to DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
