You cannot beat the location of this hotel. It sits perfectly distanced from everything in downtown Boston to the North End and TD Garden. Our room 312 was a good size and had nice double windows overlooking Quincy Market and Hard Rock Cafe. The room was on the older and tired side for sure. For the price I have stayed at hotels that offered a "smart" tv with Netflix available on the room TV. The tv while a LCD had a very 90's style movie order and guide. There were zero USB ports in the room and very few regular outlets at that. Many hotels today have nightstands or lamps with USB capability so for the price, this was disappointing but not a deal breaker. We asked for a mini fridge at check in. 1 hour into being in the room we called and asked if there was a fridge being delivered and they told us they ran out. We were told to use the snack/drink bar fridge by taking everything out. We got charged for everything in the fridge ... a grand total closer to $300!! Upon check out the front desk did kindly take off these charges. *Just be careful*. The bathroom was also older with a large style tub with no jets etc. Aesthetically the tile and design of the bathroom is older. This room did have a nice "nook" next to the bathroom to spread your toiletries in and get ready for the day.

We valet the car. It was $51 versus $35-40 for self park garage nearby ... for us valet was just easier. Just keep in mind some rooms in this hotel are on the older and tired side. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful.
