I have been taken my son here since his first cut last year. So he's had about 5 or 6 already with Karen. Last week I took him because we needed to go to a wedding. Unfortunately my son was fuzzy (he just turned 2) and unpredictability at this age is common. Needless to say we couldn't get him a cut. As we were exciting the salon I hear Karen saying to the next family : "He is not going to cry on me too, isn't he?". Which the mom responded : "No, my boy is 8...that was a baby". I wont be returning. Nor for my daughter or my son. This rating is not for the salon but for the stylist.
