Sometimes service is fast...sometimes it's not . Update 7.22.17- Bought Kia Soul here in April. Was a great ,low pressure experience. This makes our 2nd car we've purchased here. We always have them serviced here also. We know the service team is well trained and professional. They can be slow sometimes but quality is top notch.
