Vanguard saved my life. The amazing counselors gave me tools to help me stay in recovery. I believe God helps those who help themselves. God helped me to get to Vanguard. If I don't use the tools I received at Vanguard, and didn't listen to the counselors, then I will not stay in recovery. It's up to me, and me alone, but Vanguard gave me the tools and hope I need to stay in recovery.
