I went in for a standard service (oil change/tire rotation/vehicle check-up) on 3/25/16 and from the time that I pulled up in to the parking lot until the time that I left, I received excellent customer service and fast service. Brian L. was my service advisor and he was very nice and personable. At the end, he explained to me the "health" of my car and even walked me to my car when I left. Fort Mill Ford will definitely be my go to place for my Fusion! Thanks Brian L. and thanks Fort Mill Ford for the excellent service!
